Malta Jazz Festival 8th -13th July
Venue: Ta Liesse Church and City Theatre Valletta
Held every July since 1991, the Malta Jazz Festival is one of the main events of the Maltese Summer Events. Valletta Malta’s UNESCO Heritage site will again be the backdrop for thie year’s event where main Jazz artists will be showcasing their talent every day at either Ta Liesse or the City Theatre in Valletta. Malta International Food Festival 12th-13th July in Gozo and 7th -11th August in Valletta
Come and sample different foods and beverages, learn about the different food traditions and please your taste buds.
Tokens can be purchased at the event, which can be redeemed for food, drink and wine.
Live entertainment, talks about healthy eating and well being will also be provided for both adults and children.
Isle of MTV 2024 – 16th July
Venue: Fosos, Floriana
This year’s line-up incudes French-Algerian DJ Snake, known for his hits “Turn Down for What” with Lil Jon, “Let Me Love You” featuring Justin Bieber, “Lean On” with Major Lazer featuring MØ) and “Taki Taki” featuring Selena Gomez and Ozuna.
Other big names include British singer RAYE and Canadian singer and 2000s icon Nelly Furtado who returns to the Isle of MTV stage after 12 years!
Farsons Beer Festival – 25th July to 3rd August
Venue: Ta’ Qali National Park
The Farsons Beer Festival is one of the most exciting summer events, drawing thousands of festival goers every night. Now in its 42nd edition, this free outdoor festival combines local live music, entertainment for both adults and children, and food stalls from various cuisines at Ta’ Qali National Park’s picnic area.
